Nesting Dippers

Dippers are a diving songbird - the only ones that do this. They feed on insect larvae mainly - when I saw them they were flying in and out of their nest under a bridge in Stroud every few minutes feeding their young ones.

They fly up to the nest every few minutes with more food

Its dark where they are so didn't hit focus - they appeared to fight a few times - hungry?
